Download the Filta Remote app

The Filta remote allows you to have a real-time connection to your Unity session to preview filters on both your phone and machine. This allows you to view, interact with, and edit your filters live and should save significant time vs. uploading to the Filta app.

To use the remote

1. Open the Filta Remote app

2. Connect your machine and phone to the same WiFi network

   

3. Hit play in the Unity Editor. Your phone and machine will automatically connect to each other if they are on the same WiFi network

1. You should see a live feed on your phone with the filter rendered:

1. In the Unity Editor you will also see a live camera feed from your phone.
2. WARNING: Any changes you make while in play mode are not automatically saved. You can adjust your filter (change transforms, add or remove objects, edit settings, etc.) and see these changes reflected on your phone and machine. You must manually apply these changes
